Day #1: Arrival to Villa Ishtar
Welcome to Morocco. You will be greeted at the airport and driven to Villa Ishtar. Check in to your accommodations and unwind with a dip in the pool before engaging your senses during a stretching + grounding session in the beautiful garden with essential oils. We will get to know each other over Moroccan wine, before enjoying a delicious dinner prepared by our private chef. We close the day with intention setting and a blissful sleep ritual. The lovely Villa Ishtar is ours exclusively for four nights.
DAY #2: Evening Tasting Trail
The day begins with morning coffee and tea, a joint flow session to awaken the body, desire mapping journaling and meditation to set the tone for our time together. We strengthen our bodies with strength training and jetlag-flow yoga, then a healthful breakfast is served. Our afternoon itinerary includes lunch, a talk about the importance of mindset and food, and time to enjoy our private Hammam at Villa Ishtar. When evening arrives, we arouse our taste buds in the Marrakech souks with a guided, tasting trail experience.
DAY #3: Cultural Tour of Marrakech
We greet the morning with coffee and tea. After setting the stage for the day with joint flow, meditation, cardiovascular conditioning, and a sun celebration yoga session, we nourish our bodies with a wholesome breakfast. In the afternoon, we embark on a guided Cultural Tour through Marrakech, which includes a stop for a traditional Moroccan lunch. Dinner is back at Villa Ishtar and we cap off the night by treating our feet to a relaxing stretch and massage.
DAY #4: Shopping and Rooftop Dining
The day begins with morning coffee and tea followed by joint flow, a meditation, barefoot conditioning, and spirit-rejuvenating yoga. Breakfast is served. The afternoon is focused on relaxation. We enjoy a leisurely lunch and a discussion on Community and Social Connectivity, then unwind at our private Hammam. In the evening, we dive deep into Moroccan craftsmanship while exploring the medina and shopping. Our dinner will be bathed in golden light on the beautiful terrace of the restaurant Nomad, as we listen to the peaceful, distant sounds of the call to prayer.
DAY #5: Drive to L'ma Lodge in Skoura
We wake to coffee and tea and deepen our morning practice of joint flow and meditation. Barefoot conditioning invigorates our bodies before we embark on our next journey. Today we take a long, scenic drive through the High Atlas Mountains to our next destination. This includes stops along the way for an authentic lunch and exploration of a lesser known Morocco. Upon reaching Skoura, the L'ma Lodge awaits. We are treated to a tour of its unique gardens, then celebrate our new home with an exquisite dinner prepared with house grown vegetables, organic, seasonal and local ingredients. The day ends with a soothing sleep ritual and breathwork. L'ma Lodge is ours exclusively for three beautiful nights.
DAY #6: Trip to the Palmeraie
Awaken to morning coffee and tea, followed by joint flow on the roof deck, a meditation, team-building fitness in the garden, and a sun celebration yoga session. Breakfast is served. Relax poolside, then attend a discussion about detoxing and intermittent fasting, followed by a healthful lunch. We digest while on a historic walk and tuk tuk tour of the Palmeraie, a palm oasis of several hundred thousand trees. A relaxed dinner will be served at L’ma Lodge.
DAY #7: Lunch at the Gorge, Sidi Flah
Greet the day with morning coffee and tea, joint flow, meditation, and rejuvenation yoga. Breakfast is served. In the afternoon we tour the hidden oasis at Sidi Flah. Our walking journey takes us through gardens and along a river to reach the gorges. A beautiful picnic-style lunch will be prepared for us and served under the comforting shade of a tent surrounded by extraordinary views. Live music sets the stage at our dinner at L'ma Lodge. The day ends with a relaxation session under a canopy of stars.
DAY #8: Glamping in the Stone Desert
Welcome the morning with coffee and tea, joint flow and meditation. A barefoot conditioning in the sand and a light, healthful breakfast prepare us for the drive ahead. Today we travel to the Stone Desert. The drive is long and scenic and includes stops along the way for a truly authentic lunch experience and exploration. At our final destination, the remote Inara Camp in the Stone Desert, we glamp under the most breathtaking, expansive and star-lit sky. Dinner will be at Inara, which is ours exclusively for three spectacular nights.
DAY #9: Quad Biking in the Desert
Embrace another beautiful morning with coffee and tea followed by joint flow, meditation, and a desert run or hike with strength training. Upon our return to Inara, we enjoy a delicious, nourishing breakfast. In the afternoon, we discuss the benefits of community and social connectivity and unleash our free spirits in a desert dance vinyasa yoga class. Lunch is served. As the sun sets, it’s time for an exhilarating, quad bike tour. We will be exploring Berber villages, including a visit to a Berber home. We dine in the desert tonight. The day ends with sound therapy with live music.
DAY #10: Desert Camel Ride
It is our last full day together as a group. We begin with morning coffee and tea followed by our final joint flow, meditation, and desert dance class. One last run or hike are optional before breakfast is served. The afternoon is filled with relaxation, a desert sharing circle, and our final flow yoga. A sunset camel ride leads into our farewell celebration – a White Party at Inara Camp.
DAY #11: Farewell Morocco
Take home the knowledge, renewed mindset, and memories these 10 days of shared experiences have cultivated. Friendships to last a lifetime. This trip was thoughtfully curated to give you the tools to go beyond the physical - to give you the mental framework, spiritual liberation and conscious rejuvenation to let go of beliefs that no longer serve you.
